Bubbles in collar fabric after cold delicate wash

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed after cold water delicate wash that bubbles has appeared in the collar. This is too expensive a shirt to have this happen. Hoping customer service can help resolve as it looks like you are not supposed to iron this fabric.

Perfect but Delicate
