New quality is lacking
The quality of this product is not in keeping with the previous quality I have experienced from Cole Haan. I have an older Large Convertible Luxe Backpack that I dearly love and had hoped to find the same love for this smaller version. The zippers in the new Small Convertible Luxe Backpack are of poor quality and I returned the Backpack. Also the large and protruding logo on the front of the Small Convertible Luxe Backpack is a snagging hazzard and unattractively large. I do not wish to be a walking advertisement for Cole Haan.

I used it today for the first time since I bought it months ago. Itโs heavy and the hole is too small for the strap plug!!! Too bad, I had my hubby made the hole bigger, otherwise, I would return it. Not happy with the purchase!!!
