Sent wrong size.
Come on, NORDSTROM! I ordered a size 8 and was sent a size 7.5 in a plain white box. No labeling. Someone in fulfillment was very lazy. This is also four days before my vacation, and now I cannot wear them! Very disappointing. This is not the Nordstrom where I have shopped for the last 20 years. What has happened?.

Just Okay
Soooo strangely enough what you have read in the other reviews about the short laces is true. I don't overly think it's a big deal because I have an average width foot but absolutely no way you could double knot if that is a concern. What I am concerned about is these just don't seem like $130 shoes. They do not have the comfort or quality that I would expect from Cole Haan. They almost seem like the cheaper version of Cole Haan you can get from DSW. These shoes are stiff, zero arch support, and the cushion in the shoe isn't great. I walked around in them for maybe 15min in my house and was trying to get a blister on my heel. I love the way they look! But I wanted these for travel shoes and NO way would you want to spend a day walking around in these.

comfy on feet all day
This is comfortable shoe that I traveled in and wore all day without ever feeling like I wanted them off. The style reads like a golf shoe, which sets this shoe apart from all my other sneakers that all seem to look alike since I found these. I will look at the other colors because for me this is a good fit. My foot is not a narrow but it is on the narrow side. I’m a 9.5 -10 and I got these in the 10. The only negative I have is that the shoe laces are too short to double tie, but I have plenty of my own to replace them with. Great shoe.

Love the shoes, laces too short!
Absolutely love the shoes, but I don't understand why the laces are too short to tie in a bow. I'm glad others have mentioned short shoe laces. Am I missing something? There are some reviewers posting pictures with normal length shoelaces so I don't know how the rest of us were so unlucky. I will keep the shoes and use other laces. Three star rating based on ridiculously short laces.
