Wrong shoe size
I ordered this pair of boots in size 6 which is my boot size and the color I like, however. when I received I got 2 shoes at different sizes. It's returned but now my size is no longer available :(

narrow in the heel
Heel area felt narrow and was rubbing the sides of my heel with just trying on and walking a few steps. I have an average foot, without a previous issue in terms of shoes fitting too narrow/rubbing. The toe box felt normal and the overall size was TTS. Color and material were as expected.

bummed at the quality
I was very bummed at how cheap the quality looked on this. These looked like shoes made for the anniversary sale. The leather felt and looked cheap. Not to the Cole haan standard I am used to. I am usually between a 7-8 but mainly a 7.5. So went with that size since people said they small. They were definitely too big and would have to exchange for a 7. But not impressed with the quality

Lug Sole Boots
I wanted a pair of lug sole booties and these are PERFECT!! Fit is perfect. I take a 9M. The heel is great. You can dress these up or wear them with jeans. Very comfortable too!
