Cloudfeel Espadrille Wedge Sandal (Women)

I would have left a much different review had Nordstrom sent me a left and a right shoe. The shoes arrived in non-descript packaging (not a Cole Haan box) and contained two left feet. Now they’re no longer in stock, and when/if they do come back in stock, I can’t re-use my gift card until they receive the two left sandals. Really disappointed with Nordstrom.

IMO these look a little bit frumpy IRL. I walked around the house in these. Relatively comfortable except the front of the toe strap noticeably cut into my toes. This probably would not be comfortable over several hours. They do seem like an otherwise good quality shoe. Returned. Generally all size 8 shoes fit on me just fine. No foot issues.

Loved everything about these wedges - great height, the touch of gold in the woven design across the toe and the comfort of the footbed. I hear what bothers are saying about the shoe being heavy. That doesn’t bother me in and of itself; however the ankle straps are just a touch too thin. I’m afraid the weight of the wedge will pull those straps and cause them to dig into my ankles or eventually break under the weight.

Once again I have been put to the back of the line. I place an order for this item and I said it was shipped and in transit. But according to the customer service rep the store handling the item marked it as a return. I can only deduce they found someone who wanted to buy it directly from them at the store and I then was cancelled out. I’m so frustrated, angry and mortified that Nordstrom doesn’t hold their reps more accountable to orders placed.
