Sizing is way off
It seems like a good coat. The sizing is nuts though. I'm an average sized guy with an athletic build, 5'9", 170, 41 inch chest. The medium was about eight inches too large in the chest and the sleeves were three inches too long. I returned it and ordered a small. That is still too big in the chest and shoulders, and the sleeves are two inches too long.
I've completely lost faith in clothing sizing these days. I cannot understand why retailers would want to have the number of returns and shipping costs. But yet the designers seem completely clueless and the retailers are no better.

Versatile AND handsom !
This coat is true to size through the shoulders and arms but fits generously through the torso. Although I wanted a fitted coat, this fits nicely given my husbands expanding middle. It lays well on the body and is made well with all zips working easily.

cole haan coat
The quality is so good but it came defective and i couldnt issue a refund for it since it was final sale.
The item didnt come clean and had a thread pulled from the inner lining so i couldnt put my arm in!!if i pulled it the whole sewing in arm will break!
Im so disappointed wanted to love but sadly couldn’t

FANTASTIC WINTER COAT
Purchased this coat for my husband, in the grey color. Details and styling are that of a more expensive, higher-end coat/jacket. Although many complained about the sizing, my husband found his XL fit true-size. Love the length on him--6'2" tall--perfect length. So many jackets are just too short and offer little warmth. This is a superb buy, especially at the sale price.
