This is decent quality for a cover up with a flattering fit. This brand runs a bit small- I’m usually an xs and got a small in this (115 lb 34c)

NOT A Dress
This fit me like a tank top no way the sizing is way off I’m on the curvier side but this is definitely super exaggerated sizing that isn’t actual a XL fit. Fits like a XL for juniors on the width but not length and it is not a dress more like a tank top
