Straps Are Not Adjustable
These shoes are a beautiful color & style but the straps are not adjustable & they were at least a 1/2 inch above my instep. This made them look very odd & unwearable. Have been looking for a wine or burgundy shoe & was very excited, but sadly, these had to be returned. I wanted to keep them so badly I modeled them for my fashion conscious daughter who said nope. Also, they came in a plain white shoe box with no stuffing or wrapping-odd for a Coach product.

These shoes were super cute. My feet are on the wider side and it was unfortunate they did not fit. These were very narrow. I had to return them.

Odd Fit
The issues are beautiful to look at, and I love the rich Merlot color! They were just the color I was looking for and very excited to put them on. The straps are not adjustable and they ride very high above my instep—you could fit at least a couple of fingers under there & my instep is normal to high. They also ran wide. I’m very sad that they have to go back. They also came in a plain white cardboard box which was odd.
