Disappointed with Hardware Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I placed my order almost a year ago and have truly loved this bag. The style and quality are great overall. However, I’ve noticed that the hardware has begun to rust when closing the bag. I take very good care of it, so this was disappointing—especially considering the price. I hope this is something the brand can improve, because otherwise it’s a lovely bag.

Great bag!
Gorgeous bag. The only issue is I carried it once and the zipper pull came off. Coach did agree to have it repaired if I can bring it to the store. I will do that as soon as I can make it over there.
