Tabby 20 Quilted Shoulder Bag

I bought this bag because I wanted one that was a bit bigger than a clutch and could hold a little more. I wanted a crossbody so I could have my hands free and not be holding my bag all night while at cocktail parties, bars, the casino, etc. It’s also a great travel size. I can easily pack it into my carry-on without taking up a lot of space. Photo shows it on my shoulder in the crossbody strap length. It’s super simple to switch the strap between crossbody and shoulder bag length, just pull the chain through the holes on top.

Nordstrom is bias and will cancel or accept your online order based on how you pay. I experienced having my order taken away and given to another customer simply because I used a four payment plan. I placed an order on December 21st and it showed processing for two days and then upon chdvkinv on the third day it disappeared. The item also dolx out. I lost my item and gift to someone because Nordsttom chose to accept the order of someone paying in full. How horrible if this department store. I regret buying anything from a store that treats customers like this. Shame on your team for destroying a gift-given experience between two people. Your team ruined so much this holiday season.
