such a beautiful feeling leather
This bag is so buttery smooth and beautiful. The models and mannequins for marketing on both here and the coach website must be absolutely tiny in comparison because the bag is a bit smaller than I anticipated. But I am in need of a cute dressy bag and this is just perfect. I was able to fit my iPhone 11 and a small Kate Spade wallet, (a little tight) however, to maximize room I will probably use a card case for this handbag. You can also fit some odds and ends in there like lipstick, tissue pack, small stuff like that, but due to the shape, everything larger kind of fits diagonally.

arrived scratched, no dust cover
So disappointed. This bag was for a special event and arrived with a scratch right in the middle of the front of the bag! Also, it was just tossed in a ziploc bag, no dust cover. Customer service couldn't expedite me a new bag, and couldn't assure me I would get a dust cover.
Very disappointed.

hard to unzip STIFF
It’s a cute looking bag and I really like the concept, but the zipper function isn’t smooth and gets stuck at the very top. It’s stiff and hard to open. Such a bummer that I have to return it. Coach should have designed this bag better.

This bag is adorable in person!! It’s a really good size…my I phone plus is very tight fitting inside but it will zip and honestly if it didn’t I would still keep it…it’s that cute!! If you’re on the fence, pull the trigger.
