Pebbled Crossbody Bag (Nordstrom Exclusive)

I am truly speechless. After waiting nearly ten days, I finally received the package, only to find that what you sent me appears to be a used bag, or possibly one that had been returned by another customer. The long shoulder strap is missing, and there are several areas on the bag showing marks consistent with being pressed by heavy objects. In addition, the hardware on the bag was completely unprotected—there was no protective wrapping at all—and even the dust bag is wrinkled. Please, with this level of quality, you should not be selling items like this.

Gorgeous bag and the perfect size to fit the essentials with a little room to spare. Only thing to note is the ‘chalk’ color is definitely off white and not pure white like it looks in the online photos.

Once again I received a used Coach purse. No packaging, no dustbag. Just thrown in a box and shipped. If you're going to ship used purses to customers, make sure you inform them and offer a discount. This is unacceptable. Also, when one orders a handbag, don't take off the packaging unless you know you're going to keep it. Nobody wants your used bag that you wore for 28 days and returned.

Love how versatile this bag is. I’ve seen other luxe designer options and most have a cheap fabric strap. This is one of those that has leather all around. It’s a keeper and looking to purchase the burgundy option as well. Lots of room. Can even fit my iPhone in the back pocket without having to open the bag. The bag is a push lock so it feels more secure.

Seemed like a good value on Anniversary Sale bases on online photos. However just received, and wasn’t impressed enough to keep. There are much better / higher quality choices of black/ gold crossbody bags out there. Also, was surprised it was packed without anything inside the cardboard box- no paper to protect, keep intact.

Ok, I can forgive the fact this bag did not come in its box, I cannot forgive the no dust bag?? Every quality bag I’ve ever ordered presents with a dust bag. They are a necessity for us women that own a collection of bags that we rotate between. If not stored in a dust bag dust settles in places that cannot simply be brushed off like in the zipper teeth and around the emblem etc. please beef up quality control Nordstrom! Unfortunately I will not be keeping this bag as storage will be an issue and I kind of feel like I received a second or something with missing parts. The bag itself is beautiful albeit very small as noted in description. It does not easily fit my large cell phone in any pocket but the large center pocket and then there’s no room for any other items. This would fit a regular sized phone, lipstick, card wallet and possibly a single key fob or reading glasses. Beautiful if that is all you need to carry. I love the straps and the fact you can carry multiple ways. Rich beautiful leather. Quality. I do wish it was a tad larger and came with the dust bag and box for storage.
