Coach Bag definitely used

I received this $650 bag without any wrapping on the hardware, scuff marks on the metal, and an empty prescription pill packet in the inside zipper pocket!!! I’ve read other Nordstrom bag reviews from experiences similar to this. I wish I would’ve bought from the Coach website directly. This bag should not have been sold under the guise of being new and at full price. Do better, Nordstrom.

gorgeous bag

This bag in the loved leather is absolutely gorgeous! It’s very roomy, but not too big. Love the classic style - very happy with this purchase!
