Gorgeous bag, horrible packaging

The bag is absolutely stunning. I was surprised when the store attendant opened the box to check contents and even more surprised that the bag was just lying inside the box. Is there not a more suitable and presentable way that Nordstrom could have shipped the bag?

No dust bag

(This review is not about this product) I received this tote (online order), but there's no dust bag. I contacted customer service, and she said she would send a Nordstrom dust bag. Also, she said that the description does not indicate the dust bag. As far as I know, all Coach bags come with their dust bag; only NORDSTROM is justifying not sending the customer the item that it supposed to get. Unsure if this business practice is solely based on the store/warehouse employee or company-wide customer service level. I am extremely disappointed.

Keeping it classy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Coach Gramercy Tote bag is legit! Super well made and comfortable to wear. I like to use it for my MacBook and work documents but you could definitely use as weekend bag too. It’s deep and roomy. I wish there was an outside pocket or a strong strap to keep it closed. It’s has a magnet on the little strap to close bag. This bag is sleek, beautiful and elegant no matter how you decide to use it.

Large tote great for work or travel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Large tote that has room to hold laptop and lunch. Great for snails commute to work. Can also work as a personal item for travel. Do wish it had more of a closure like a zipper to make more secure. Did have some issues with the straps coming undone but easy to clip back on.

Sleek tote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely in love with this Coach Grammercy tote! The leather feels so soft and luxurious. The bag has magnetic closure and interior pockets for storage and so much room for everything! Easily would fit a small laptop or iPad to use for work or school. The look is sleek and modern, which I love. Can’t wait to start using it!

Beautiful
