Pretty and Practical
This bag has blown me away. At first I felt it was too plain but since it was similar natural grain leather to the Brooklyn I was intrigued. I’ve used her for more than a week straight and find it hard to move out of her. No only is she gorgeous but she holds everything I need for my day to day. I have room for my wallet, cosmetic bag, external charger, camera and phone with room to spare. I don’t like there isn’t a back pocket but the trade off is it’s easy to carry, light weight, slouchy and simple. Very much a 90s girl aesthetic and I’m here for it. I HIGHLY recommend and now I’m considering the 36.

Just my luck I ordered online to save time going into the store and I received an obvious USED bag someone returned. The leather is prone to scratches but how did the person return this bag with this many scratches and it’s still in sellable condition?! So disappointed!

I have order this bag three times already and each time they have came with issues. I ordered two in black one in maple. This last order they shipped me this bag with a stain on the front that cannot come out. They removed the dust bag that comes with the bag. If I am paying $300 for a bag it should come in great condition. Please do better nordstrom stop sending out bags with issues. I ordered this bag for my mother for mother’s day. Now I am returning the bag and they are sold out online. This is completely HORRIBLE!

Leather scratches near opening; poor packaging
I would have given my review a better rating but was disappointed when I received the bag. The bag came in plastic bag with nothing wrap around it to protect from scratches. Yes it was delivered in a box. The front of the bag, next to the opening has scratches- too many to overlook. It was disappointing to receive a purchase over $300 in what appeared like a floor sample. Bag is nice.

Beautiful mid-sized shoulder bag! Highly recommend
Love this bag. The leather is soft and buttery, the size is a perfect compromise between other oversized bags and smaller bags that had lots of pockets. I only wish it were available in a wider variety of colors. The suede version is available in other gorgeous colors, but without "feet", I was worried it would get dirty quickly.

The bag arrived in disappointing conditions to say the least. It had no coverings and no dust bag. It was inside of a ziplock bag that was too small so the purse was sticking out. The interior had a clear small mark/scuff on the suede material. Unaccepted. Immediately returned.
