Canvas Cargo Tote

Please what happend to Nordstrom quality? Small businesses are better than this store that don’t bother to see and care what they mail you. I ordered a tote bag and it came disgustingly used. Red stains inside. Hair outside. Dirty dust bag and smelling horrible. This is not acceptable. Waste of money and waste of time. If I could give zero stars I would. Do NOT BUY.

I like this Coach Tote. It has 3 compartments : main zipper compartment, a front with snapbutton and a back with turnlock. I use it for work, carries files/papers, wallet, lunch and water bottle to work. It is spacious and like the black color. I chose it over Marc Jacobs Tote at the outlet store as they wouldn't exchange or return even after agreeing that their handbag that I bought recently seems defective. So, no more Marc Jacobs, I'm satisfied and happy with Coach Tote.

Truth be told, I haven’t even looked at a Coach bag in YEARS. But I needed a sturdy, cute ‘Mom Carryall’ that could take all the wear and tear it will get when you have to tow your stuff and your kids’ stuff. Between the other Tote Bag (which I also owned at one point) and this one, I chose this bag this time around because of the pockets on the outside of the bag. That has been a game/changer when you need to stuff your stuff quickly! While I still have my luxury, fancy bags, this one is a great daily for me. My only complaints are that the handles get in the way of accessing the outside pockets — and the shoulder strap is oddly positioned to the bag.
