Medium size is perfect!
I love this handbag and am happy Coach came out with the medium size. It has been awhile since I purchased a Coach and am surprised that the leather is much thinner than previous ones. The bottom of the bag is firm which works well for me. Mine would probably look better if I carried a lot of stuff in it!

One draw back
Love the look and feel of the bag. Even though it's a relatively large bag, I'm 5'3", it fits softly next to my body. The only thing I don't like about the bag is there is no pocket for cosmetics. So I have to use a separate bag for that.
