Bandit Leather Crossbody Bag

My review is more about Nordstrom’s handling of this order. I received the box containing the purse which eas a birthday gift for my daughter. So confident in purchasing from Nordstrom that I didn’t open it until wrapping it on her birthday. Found purse in plastic bag, strap attached but not tucked inside bag, no tissue, no protective packing or dust jacket. Purse has scratch on back which could be from strap hardware moving around in box or could be because it was display. Either way, this is mot what you expect when paying full price for a first quality item. This is what I would expect if I purchased this discounted, on clearance, “last one”. I’m so disappointed by Nordstrom on this. They have agreed to ship a new one, expedited at no additional cost, but they left me with no gift on my daughter’s birthday. And I have no confidence that the replacement will be handled better
