Cluze Mid-Length Puffer with Square Quilting

Not the choice for a reliable winter coat. The zipper broke within one month of wearing. The construction is a bit cheaper than I expected (for example, the pockets are lined but only one side—Marmot and many other brands line the whole pocket) but I still liked it until it broke within a few weeks and the experience of dealing with Alpenhaus directly. It’s just not worth it—there are other coats that you won’t have to “deal with” in the middle of winter.

I haven’t purchased this brand before. But because of the price and being at Nordstrom I didn’t sweat it. I knew I could return if I didn’t like it. I am very happy with this coat! It’s super warm and stylish. I purchased a medium by accident, way too big. The small is perfect! You can dress it up or down. The blue is great with the black details! I would have given it 5 stars if it had more pockets and stuff. Overall, I would recommend it!

Great coat, perfect length and adequate “puff”. It’s not too bulky, and it fits great. I did go down a size, and I am happy with that decision. Really well made, and flattering. I feel like puffer coats can be tricky, but this looks nice on and doesn’t have that extreme bulky look. Cannot emphasize the warmth factor enough. It was 20 degrees with a -5 windchill here last week, and I walked 30 min to work and back each day with zero complaints.
