Nordstrom Customer Service is NOT good

Nordstrom sent me women size instead of men. When returned it to the store, the associate acted like I was really the dumb one for not checking the box since the shoe was so narrow. Never again buying from Nordstrom. At least Nordstrom of Somerset.

Love them!

Love these mules! So comfortable and supportive. I was reluctant when I ordered them as you did not have my size and was unsure of the fit. I ordered a 5.5 and they fit great!

Perfect for my needs!

Fits TTS. Not only do they look good but they're really comfortable. My first pair of On Clouds and I'm really happy with them. I need slip on sneakers because I do go to the hospital a lot and I need shoes that are easy on and off but it doesn't mean I have to compromise on style. The only issue is they're kinda loud when I walk. I hope it's just because of the new rubber sole. Only time will tell but these recovery OnClouds are worth it for a chill & easy fit and style.
