Best Boot Ever
I have finally found the boot that I won't be sending back for an exchange or refund, and as easy as Nordstrom makes a return, it's a hassle. I wanted a walking boot with a big enough shaft to tuck jeans into and with the stretchy back its fills that need. I ordered a size up as it recommended but really didn't need to for the length, The leather is soft and pretty and the comfort was just what I wanted but did not believe I would ever find in a boot, even though its still warm weather I wore them one day when it rained, I couldn't wait, no breaking in needed.

Beautiful but uncomfortable
I really wanted to love these boots, as they are so elegant, but the footbed was very uncomfortable. I wear a size 11 and need a large toe width, and I thought these would work. But they were absolutely too small for my foot.
I ride horses and am used to a really really comfortable boot. I just don't want to have to go custom to get a dress boot.

No Cloud Cushioning
The Ace boot leather is beautiful as is the quality. The "cloud" name implies great insole cushioning which the Cloud brand does NOT unfortunately have.

Lined in baby blue!
I'm really bummed about these--i REALLY wanted to love them, and they are super comfortable, but for some odd reason they are lined in a light baby blue color, and so if you are wearing them with black pants, you can see that line of light blue around the top of the boot. Why would they do this! If you don't mind that, then these are a great choice. Mine are unfortunately going back

Lining shows when wearing
Like another reviewer, I was not happy that the blue lining could be seen when the boot was zipped up. This is why I returned them. Otherwise, they felt comfortable and were a perfect “tall boot” height for my short legs. I would have kept them if not for the lining showing.

Cloud Tall Boot
These will be perfect for my European Christmas market trip in December. They are lightweight, soft, and with a good sole grip. I especially like that they are water proof for rain and snow days. I usually wear a 9 and these are true to size.
