Apply High Impact Mascara starting at lash roots, wiggling the brush up to tips. Repeat to build. To prevent clumping, let dry between coats. Start High Impact High-Fi at lash roots and sweep upward for instant volume. Use the precision tip to coat hard-to-reach corner lashes.
