Beautiful shade!
As this review is written during the COVID-19 Quarantine, I bought this lipstick on sale and I must say, it really offsets my all-day jammie sets quite nicely. In all seriousness, I am crap at picking out shades and colors for myself, and this is nice that Clinique will pick out colors for you that are based upon the foundation you bought. The "glam" shade really does look nice. Thank you, Clinique and Nordstrom!

Streaky and unflattering color
I got this lipstick in Velour and was so disappointed. It goes on very streaky which was weird and the color is dark dark brown with no hint of red or purple in it, like it was represented online. I ordered this wanting a deep but rich purple or burgundy, this is just a bland dark brown. I let customer service know my disappointed and was issued a refund which was really helpful!

Colors too light
I thought using the color wheel with my foundation Alabaster (10) would make finding a great lipstick easy but it didn’t work for me. The wheel suggested Softly and Delicate as the casual and nude matches. One color was lighter then my lips and the other matched my lip color which is not dark. Neither worked for me.

A peachy shade
This is a nice shade though it’s got more peach/pink in it than I was expecting. If you’re looking for something more on the plum side, this might not be the right shade for you. What I do like about this particular lipstick is that it is not too dark or too bright—just right in the middle.
