Clinique
Based on Clinique's research that allergies contribute to skin aging, every Clinique product is allergy tested 7,200 times and formulated to be completely fragrance-free. Eye makeup is ophthalmologist tested. Lipsticks have the added benefit of including moisturizers. And foundations lessen fine lines and wrinkles while improving uneven skin tone and redness.

Works as promised over time
When I received my first order of this product, I read the enclosed material, which told me to not give up....keep using it and the product would provide as promised. I am almost finished with the first tube and I can notice a VISIBLE difference in the dark circles under my eyes. I was surprised that the product is tinted, however, when applied, it is not any different than a clear or "white" moisturizer, in terms of color on my skin. I do not have wrinkles under my eyes so I didn't notice it forming into creases as one reviewer noted. One of my frustrations in reading reviews is that people write reviews too quickly after receiving a product, not using the product long enough to give a meaningful review. We want results so quickly and when they don't happen we give the product a bad review. Clinique was very clear in the material to give the product time. As much as we would like things to change overnight, I am learning that it takes time, even with the best. I have tried several products of this type, including Estee Lauder, Lancome, and LaPrairie. This one from Clinique has proved the most effective.

Not better or effective
I had a sample tube and tried it under and over makeup. This did nothing for dark circles. Cool applicator ok but you cannot control how much product comes out. Somewhat oily texture and orangey tint that blends into my fair skin, absorbs quickly. Unfortunately, within 15 minutes, my under eye area was painfully dry and I had to apply eye cream. I used Clinique concealers in the tubes for years. I switched to Trish McEvoy Instant Eye Lift, to brighten, retain moisture and conceal, that’s even better.

good product
Just started using this about 6 months ago. At first I didn't think it really did anything, so I stopped using it for a few weeks and that's when I noticed a difference. Does it work miracles? No. Does it help with dark circles and puffiness? Yes. It is a nice consistency - works great with my make-up. Only complaint is the packaging - sometimes you can get too much out of the tube which is a waste. I learned to squeeze a little bit on my finger and pat it under my eyes THEN use the metal tip to massage it in. This approach seems to work well for me - less waste as opposed to squeezing from the tube straight under the eye.

Silky touch
This is my third bottle of this product. I don't usually write reviews until I have tried it for a while. I am an allergy sufferer and found this is so nice to have for everyday especially when the allergy season has a high pollen count. It helps soothe and is cooling as you put it on. I love the texture and the silky feel it has. Although I am not sure if the tint makes much difference as I still apply concealer anyway but am finding over time I am needing much less. I travel a lot and am so glad it is easy to take with me anywhere. I have a variety of products from Givenchy, Dior and Channel but this is the one I continue to use for the dark eye circles. Good job Clinique I will recommend this to others. I have already bought a tube for my mother.

Wow. I'm in Love.
I decided to use a sample of this (which I had at my home) after two different sales people selling two different product lines both looked at me and began discussing dark circle treatments. Yikes. I knew I had a little bit of a problem, but I didn't realize it was that bad. It got me to take a look in the mirror.
I fished this out of my sample stock and thought I would give it a try. My first impression was uh-oh, the pigment is much darker than my skin tone so this will be a disaster. I was pleasantly surprised that somehow it did what it was supposed to do and perfectly covered my dark circles even though I'm really really fair (I often reflect flashbulbs in photos and look like a ghost).
Even better, the moisturizing/healing ingredients in this product are amazing. You can feel the light creaminess in there. I knew immediately I was getting moisture from this tiny sample.
I purchased the full-size product immediately. I've been using the product for three weeks and I've noticed a different, including when I'm not wearing makeup.
The tube comes with a neat application top so you can put it on without using your fingers. It's a wonderful cool metal so it soothes any puffiness.
You may apply it twice per day but so far I'm only doing once/day. I've recommended this to several friends because I think it is such a great product.
Clinque, you hit a home run.

Didn't help me
The glowing reviews inspired me to try this product. After using a whole tube I saw neither short term nor long term benefit--no cosmetic effect to camouflage dark circles and no improvement on underlying problem.

TOO SMUDGEY
I probably haven't used this productenough to have an opinion, but so far I still have circles under my eyes, and when wearing mascara. it seems to smudge a bit. As I can;t constantly look in the mirror to see if has smudged, it makes me
a little apprehensive.
