Great Product:

I was looking for the old cream face cream that was like a cold cream years ago. Clinique has stopped making it so I found this and just love it. I read in one of the reviews it is hard to get out of the bottle. If you turn it over and store it on its lid, it will come out at the right amount every single time. I love this and my skin feels so smooth and soft after I use it. Clinique is till the best out there!! I am almost 73 and it still does better for me than anything I have tried including all the new natural stuff that makes my skin more dry and awful feeling.. This is a wonderful cleaner try it!

This product is nigh on impossible to get out of the bottle!

I only started using this product when the amazing Take the Day Off Make Up Remover was discontinued. This product is not a "milk"! It is nigh on impossible to get this product out of the bottle it comes in. I leave the bottle upside down, but it still takes absolutely ages to get even a small amount out of it, and I can only manage to do that if I bang and smash the bottle against a hard surface multiple times. I have now resorted to decanting the product into my own pump bottle, which is an extremely lengthy, noisy and messy process, and is a process that I should not have to do with a premium brand such as Clinique. The consistency of the product is terrible, and the bottle it comes in is not fit for purpose. Please please please bring back the much missed and brilliant Take the Day Off Make Up Remover. Not only was it actually a milk, but the pump dispenser was also brilliant. Please start listening to your customers. Until now, Clinique has been the only skincare brand that I have used for many years, but I am now trying cleansers from other brands, as a result of how bad this cleanser and its bottle is.

Gives a fresh feeling

Really like this cleanser, it's so gentle at removing makeup there's no rubbing at all and no need to use another product - keeps evening routine easy! Leaves my skin feeling really clean. I prefer following with water on a face cloth to make sure it's all off afterwards. Finish with moisture surge overnight mask.

Removed make up each night

I use this cleanser to remove foundation. Before bed it gently lifts the make up and then I clarify to make sure my skin is clean before bedtime

Underated product! Excellent cleanser!

This cleanser is beautiful. It does not strip the skin, my skin is very sensitive, the cleanser is nice and hydrating and cleans beautifully.

CHANGE THE CONTAINER!!!

This cleanser is beautiful, creamy and great for my skin, but- like so many other reviews have said, it's ridiculously hard to get the product out! I would love to continue using it but sadly I won't purchase again unless more user friendly packaging is introduced, I just don't have the time or the energy to waste on trying to get it out of the container. I resorted to adding water to it to make it thinner so I could get it out, but obviously that's not ideal. So I'm searching for another cleanser that's as good as this, but can be removed from the container easily!
