The arch support is SOOOO good. Unfortunately I guess I got the wrong size bc my heels slipped when walking.

A shame - such an expensive shoe and they crackle when you walk - tried the masking tape hack FAQs - ruined the inside of the shoe and STILL CRACKLES!!!

It was unfortunate to read a review claiming these super comfy loafers run large- they do not. I ordered the 8, and have since ordered the 8.5 (my regular size) and they fit perfectly. If you have wide /fat feet, maybe that's your issue, it's not the shoes.
