The best for sagging lids!
I have extremely sensitive skin, but using this product at night only (per instructions) did not cause any irritation around my eyes. I do not have many wrinkles, but started noticing (sadly!) that the skin on my upper lids began to sag. I have to tell you that I saw a huge difference in tightening of the skin on my upper lids within the first week of using this product! The CDP eye cream didn't work for me (I had an allergic reaction and it may be too heavy so I use a combination of La Prairie/La Mer eye products in the morning), but this product is amazing! The tube seems tiny, but I've been using it every night since January and there is still plenty of the product left in September. If one of your major concerns is sagging skin on the upper lids - give it a try! I recommend it to everyone and hope that it works for others as well as it did for me.

I've been using this balm for about a week, and it has actually made the skin around my eyes worse. My eye area is dryer since using this product, and so when I put on concealer, it looks awful. My skin is starting to burn when I apply the balm. I'm currently using a skincare line that contains retinol, and so I know that one's skin can sometimes look worse before it gets better when using retinol. I'm hoping that this is the case with this product, and will continue to try it for awhile. I shelled out the extra money not exactly expecting a miracle, but certainly not expecting my skin to look worse.

Strong stuff
This is a very effective eye cream for those over 50. However, I've found it a bit strong. It makes the skin around my eyes a little sensitive.

Didn't receive my order
Did not receive my order. They resist give me refund.because didn't deliver. But delivered occurred. Bad service. Not responsible to online customers. Be careful people .I'm still disappointed why Nordstrom not giving my money for their non responsibility. Just took my money $164.
