Gorgeous but quality issues

These are stunning, super comfortable, and truly just so cool. I’ve had them not even 2 weeks, wore them twice and the back part of the heel popped from the seam and ripped. Not sure if my particular pair just had a quality control issue, but definitely shouldn’t happen at this price point.
