Never Received My Item
The ordering process was smooth and easy, I have been a frequent shopper at Nordstrom and I have never had any problems with their products up until now. My packages arrived early with no notification and once it was notified that it was here early I was not able to locate it. I have had a difficult time finding the proper network to contact a Nordstrom representative for more answers and a solution but it is to my belief that the website itself makes it difficult to truly contact someone by taking you on a barrage of loops when clicking on links.
