Cute shoe but poor quality

Runs Large
I've been trying to get into vans, with these being my second pair I thought I had the sizing figured out. I'm a true 9 In every shoe I've bought, but these run a half size big. I have the retro high tops, and those are true to size. Bummed I had to send these back because my foot kept slipping out. Going to reorder in an 8.5!
