What happened?!
Herschel used to make quality backpacks. The distinctive red-striped lining. High quality material. This one feels like it is cheap vinyl and could rip at any moment. Though I was going to be a customer for life because of their warranty. Definitely not. What a piece of junk.

My sons love their new backpacks!
Super stylish with a great design! They both receive so many compliments. I love that the water bottle holders are large and conveniently located on both sides, making it easy to carry everything you need

No bueno. Not a happy customer.
I was disappointed at how flimsy the product was. I am using it because I do btw at to deal with returns but had I seen the product one he shelf and had a chance to feel and look deeper into the quality I would have passed. Your on line display was false advertising.
