Excellent service/perfect blazer in 10 minutes!

My experience was everything I always expect from Nordstroms. The service in the men’s suit department was superb. The gentleman who helped me was extremely experienced and knowledgeable - something I want when I plan to spend $1,500 on a blazer. He immediately directed me to the perfect blazer (and guessed my exact size just by looking at me), the tailor showed up in seconds, and my alterations were done to perfection in a few days. I am delighted to say the least. I was in the store less than 10 minutes.

Canali Classic Fit Wool Blazer - Awful

Awful. Absurdly tight in the shoulders. Even shaking hands is difficult as the cut is so constrained. Worst ever experience fitting at Nordstrom.

The blazer seemed to have been altered well enough. However, the blazer, when presented from alteration, was in a dry cleaner type clear plastic cover and not a zip-up suit bag. Very disappointing! The blazer was $1800 and I was expecting just a little bit more attention to the final delivery. Will you folks kindly send me the protective suit bag that I should have received? Thank you.
