Blade is slightly bowed
While I like the color of the knife, the functionality isn’t good. The knife I received has a slightly bowed blade which cuts fruit and veggies incorrectly. Not my typical WÜSTHOF experience.

I love your products but
I love your products but I am wondering why my recent purchase ( a serrated knife) everytime I try to use it it doesn't slide straight down it tracks to the left?

Best utility knife - perfect for bagels, dry sausage, small bread loaves, tomatoes
I owned this knife for 10 years or more. One day it simply disappeared which is the strangest thing. My best guess is it got wrapped up in garbage on a big family breakfast day where we were slicing a ton of bagels.
So I bought a new one, in the rosemary/green handle. It's a beautiful knife, and cuts just as well as I remember. The last one was in pristine condition before it was lost. And we use it A LOT. Several times a day for 10 years this knife was used and washed.
