This gorgeous set includes the Shun Classic Asian Multi-Prep Knife 4.5", a Japanese-style poultry knife, the Shun Classic Boning/Fillet Knife 6", and the Shun Classic Brisket Knife 12", ideal for trimming and slicing larger cuts of meat, including brisket, ham, and turkey.
