Getting emails about shipping delays due to switching warehouse orders. No information was disclosed at the time of ordering - conveniently got an email 3 days after order is placed about delays. Why would you not disclose this when you were taking orders. Then email offers 15% on the next order. Yes, upset your customers then ask for them to place future orders.
