What it is: A lightweight oil that helps protect skin and hair from the drying effects of the sun, salt and chlorine.
Who it's for: Suitable for all skin and hair types.
What it does: It promotes a rich, healthy-looking tan and beautiful, silky hair. The water- and perspiration-resistant dry oil has no greasy after-feel. Organic Indonesian nyamplung oil nourishes and beautifies the skin and hair; senna extract helps defend skin from sun damage; plane tree extract fights free radicals; and aloe vera soothes, moisturizes and softens.
How to use: Apply carefully to dry skin on the body before sun exposure. Reapply at least every two hours and always after swimming.

Luxuriously Practical
There is something so special about ALL the Clarins body and sun products, I was seduced by this line when it first arrived on our shores three and a half decades ago. I particularly like this oil for my hair. I have naturally coarse, dry, thick hair and this NEVER builds up and leave an itchy residue, my hair actually glistens in the sunlight when I use it, that is saying something as coarse textured hair (while thick and full bodied) is not known for being shiny, but this gets me most of the way there.

Awful
Smells toxic, left me sunburned, uneven tan. DO NOT recommend. I wish I tried it on my skin when I first bought it so I could return and get my $ back.

amazing
The fact that I can protect my skin and hair with one product is great. It feels good on skin and it doesn't leave your hair oily. It's a must for summer.

Greasy
I'm a hiker and I have nearly black hair so the heat and sun really get to my hair. I wouldn't put this in my hair on a regular day because it leaves my hair very oily but at the pool and doing outside exercises it seems like that would be ok.

Definitely an Oil
This worked well with sun protection. It's definitely oily though, so beware where you sit and what you rub against (leather car seats, for example). It's more oily than the spf 15 that they used to carry. But, it gives a lovely sheen to the skin that is attractive by the pool and it's so easy to apply; just spray and rub in. Great for sensitive skin. I did not try it on hair.
