Loved this dress!
Needed a dress for a retirement ceremony I was planning and participating in, and it also needed to be purple. Ordered 7 styles in multiple sizes (from multiple stores) and this one was the winner.
It is a simple dress, but unlike some others, didn’t look like a basic frock or a sack when put on. The neckline was very flattering and it was cut in a way that minimized focus on my midsection which is my trouble area.
It’s a thicker and more substantial dress, which is nice - not thin and clingy, and good for winter. Probably not great for summer. No zipper - just pulls over the head. Material has a lot of give but also manages to maintain some structure. Super comfy - kept it on for almost 10 hrs. Can’t say the same for the shoes. Ha, ha!
Plus - it has pockets! These came in handy in general, but were especially great for holding my phone and other necessary items as I worked to get everything in place for the event.
I was a little unsure of sizing due to recent weight loss, but the 18 worked well (5’4” around 230 lbs).
Overall, great dress that can be accessorized/dressed up as needed for a work, church, or a slightly dressy affair. A definite keeper!
