cute but
This is such a cute dress however the clasp that hold the bust from popping open is useless. Does not stay closed. Needs an actual button closure. I’m small chested and it didn’t work for me.

I really wanted to like this dress, but….
This dress is really nice but unless you’re tall, I don’t think it will fit very well. The sleeves are extremely long and I did not like the way it looked after cuffing them. The clasp that’s supposed to keep it closed near the bust is way too low. You will have to pin it somehow to keep that part of the dress from exposing your bra. The side zipper is very helpful for getting in and out of the dress and for that reason, I did not see a need for sizing up. I based my size on the waist and hip measurement (bust was one size smaller on the size chart) I think the top in this style fit much better regarding the clasp (it’s placed higher) and the sleeves were not as long as well. So if you like this style, the top may be a better fit.

Wanted to love it
I usually wear a size 12 with Cinq a Sept dresses, but I sized up to a 14 and it was still too small in the bust. The sleeves were a bit too long (not sure if that's the design, but I didn't like it).
It is beautiful though, probably perfect for those with a smaller frame/bust.

Good dress with caveats, not 100% professional
Great dress, although it is very low cut, and there's a not-so-secure button that comes open easily, making it even lower.
