What it is: A duo of the brand's vitamin-infused eyelash primer that glides on and coats lashes in one sweep.
What it does: The conditioning, clump-free eyelash primer adds length, curl and volume to your natural eyelashes. Its formula features microfibers along with vitamin E to help stimulate eyelash growth and help add extra length and thickness for a visible improvement on the performance of your mascara, completing your eye makeup look.
Set includes:
- Two full-size Cils Booster XL Vitamin-Infused Mascara Primers (2 x 0.19 oz.)
How to use: Apply one or two coats, working the eyelash brush from lash base to tip in a zigzag motion. Follow with several coats of mascara. It can also be used as a nighttime deep conditioning treatment for your eyelashes.
Pro tips: For best results, apply your mascara when Cils Booster XL is still fresh on the lash. It will go on smoothly, creating more length and better separation than your mascara on its own.

Love this!
New mascara holy grail. It can be very humid where I live and no matter what mascara I try, I get some transfer to my eyelids after a few hours. This put a stop to that! As an added bonus, my lashes look long, thick, and perfect! Will buy again!

No Thank You (From a Former Lancôme Employee)
I used to work for Lancôme, and I never understood why people went for this product. All it seems to do is weigh down your lashes, and makes it more difficult to keep a curl. Also, not you have weird goopy stuff to cover up with mascara and it just makes your lashes look like a clumpy mess. Even my old counter manager admitted to me that she only praises it to make money. If you get your vitamins, take your mascara off at night and moisturize regularly, you should be fine. If you are really that concerned about your lashes, there are other products out there that are better buy.

Amazing!
This mascara base is a definite must-have in your beauty bag! It keeps my lashes curled all day and makes them way long! The trick for using it is to:
1)Curl your lashes
2)Apply the primer DIRECTLY AFTER
3)Right after you apply the primer, wait about a couple seconds(not too long, cause you don't want it to dry), then apply any mascara of your choice!
It is really worth the money and extra time in the morning to use it. You will definitely see results!

lash miracle a must have
So ladies and everyone who likes long lashes but doesn’t have extensions at the moment…. Check this out, these are my real lashes, short, but disguised to perfection with this primer!!!! Do give it a try, I mean it’s not the cheapest on the boardwalk, but it’s relative to the quality that Lancôme has been admired for in terms of mascara. So to me it’s worth every penny… don’t my lashes look great? Just to prove my point I’m posting alongside a pic of me with no mascara and eye make up so you see the difference. Yeah…. Where are my lashes? Like they are that short, you can tell they are short in the first picture if you look at my bottom lashes, you can’t see them!! So everyone stalk Lancôme and get the primer because it’s usually sold out. Have fun creating beautiful lashes!!!

Best Mascara Base out there
Not only does this base make your lashes look better, it helps when it's time to take off your mascara. Without it, there is a little bit of a tug of war to get all the mascara off. The base allows you to use less mascara and to finish applying mascara quickly! Your lashes look gorgeous afterwards (and not globbed together). VOILA!
