Ciella Floral Cotton Maxi Dress

I bought this in the New England combo. It is pictured on the website a much lighter blue. This is definitely more of a navy. It is a raw ham which is also not mentioned. I’m not 100% sure if I’m gonna keep it yet. I don’t really think it’s worth $168 but it’s pretty enough. I think it runs big, but free people always does. So for the brand, I think it runs true to size.

The fabric is thin which is exactly what I wanted for sure. It is a raw hem dress, not in the description. The colors of the model dress do not match what it actually looks like. The blue is much darker in person. I like it but why filter to the point it doesn’t match. Long and flowy. So comfortable.

I first saw this dress in store, so I knew it was going to be darker, which is why I bought it. I usually go for black, but I wasn’t crazy about the black print. I’m usually a large and sized down into a medium. I love how it fits, especially around the top. I have those little chubs by my armpit and it covers it nicely! I feel so pretty in this dress. It’s the perfect summer dress. I’m 5’5 and the length is good, as long as I wear a little bit of a platform. Still might cut like 1/2” off. Since it’s a raw edge hem, it’s easy to cut it yourself if you need to.

The dress is very cute, but poorly designed. The fabric on the bottom in unhemmed, so it’s already fraying after one wash. There’s also a large rip along the side seam of the dress and I haven’t even worn it for the first time. The inner lining is a bit too short to be useful. Overall it’s cute but not worth the money.
