What it does: The formula fuses with skin to reveal its most glamorous potential. The versatile complexion enhancer comes with a mirror and sponge for easy touch ups on the go. The foundation spot-conceals and unifies all over. It offers up to 12 hours of flexible, second-skin coverage thanks to the formula powered by Christian Louboutin's Dermaglam complex, a unique combination of ingredients enhanced by ceramides and undaria pinnatifida extract for hydration and comfort.
How to use: To conceal: gently apply Le Baume de Teint under the eyes, along the bridge of the nose and in any other areas that you would like to highlight. Blend by patting. Use a brush for a sophisticated and sculpted result or a sponge and your finger for a more natural finish. To unify: apply Le Baume de Teint all over the face with a sponge or a brush. Apply from the center of the face outward, using circular movements to achieve an even, natural finish. To contour: Apply Le Baume de Teint under the cheekbones and along the jawline and the temples. Blend carefully with a brush or a sponge to create natural shadows and define your face’s contours.

Beautiful Foundation
I was skeptical…I have mature skin that leans dry, so cream foundations often appear mask-like or heavy on my me. This one, however, is absolutely gorgeous. By itself I don’t find it to be as luminous as the brand’s description says; the finish definitely depends on what you’re wearing underneath, and that makes it VERY versatile! If you’re wearing a matte moisturizer or primer, you’re going to get a matte finish. A dewy moisturizer or primer will get you a satin or luminous finish depending on the luminosity of what’s underneath. I wouldn’t go as far as to call it a dewy finish though. It’s beauty is in its simplicity…it truly is skin-like. It looks like my skin only far more even toned and smoother. It does have a balmy texture, it blends effortlessly and feels like I’m wearing nothing. Coverage is light and can be built up to a soft medium, and it never looks heavy or cakey. It covers my redness and even helps a ton with my stubborn genetic dark circles, plus it never seems to separate, pool, or collect in my deeper lines. I can easily get by without concealer on rush days!
I will say, it takes a few minutes after applying for it to meld with the skin and look it’s best, so be patient, it’s worth the short wait. The formula will fit a wide range of skin types from normal-to-oily, to dry.
My only complaint is the shade range. It’s 2025, Louboutin, where are all the shades? If this the Teint Fetiche Baume had a range like the Teint Fetiche le Fluide Foundation, I think there would be a LOT more buzz about this one because the formula is truly beautiful! I have light-medium, neutral/cool/peach skin (MAC NW20, Givenchy 2N150, Tom Ford 3.7 Champagne, Chanel BR 32). I can be a nightmare to shade match, but 25c worked quite well. I do think the shades will be forgiving due to the sheerness of the formula, so that might be why there are so few shades…but I strongly suggest getting to a counter to be shade matched if you can (the nearest counter to me is 5 hours away, so I did not have that luxury lol!) I just watched review videos and guessed…thankfully I guessed well!
All in all, this is most certainly a new favorite for me. Now I’m tempted to buy a deeper shade for contouring!

I have purchased a lot fo the Louboutin makeup, but I must say this is my least favorite (the best is the lipstick and case and blush palette and case). It doesn't blend all that great and is scented, which I do not like in a foundation. The case for the powder is gorgeous, but this case (which does come with it unlike other Louboutin makeup) is just okay.

surprised!
This foundation looks great if your skin is moisturized and you use a wet beauty blender. I was pretty surprised at how natural it looks on the skin (if prepped well). However if you’re having a bad skin day with some dryness then it’s not AS seamless looking but still pretty good. I have combo skin lately (sometimes lean more oily) and this stuff really lasts- no breaking up or sliding off my face. It’s also great as a concealer for spot treating hyperpigmentation or acne. I’ve been using the chantecaille future skin gel and cushion foundation prior. This is def more coverage than the future skin and I’d say maybe the same as the cushion on first application. But because of the concealing factor I’d say this is is medium on first application-full when adding another layer as concealer.

Stunning and beautiful formula
This is an amazing foundation that really has some magic to it. It is balmy in texture and more flexible than a standard crème foundation, yet, it imparts a beautiful natural coverage that seems to never get cakey or heavy. I love it! The shades do run on the light side, so be aware if you’re ordering on line to err on the deeper side. Also this foundation had a lovely luminescence but not fake or glittery, just elegant. LOVE!

On the go foundation
This is my first purchase foundation balm with CL and I am loving it. My everyday makeup is Chanel and while I love my foundations with them I wanted to try something different. If you are looking for something smooth and light this is perfect. I am medium beige with a golden undertone and I purchased the 40 spice nude. At first I thought it was too dark but when I applied it on my face it was actually a good match. I tend to get a tan in summer so this will work great. Looking forward to getting the powder next.
