A few real tips
First, I am a size 6.5 regular width in all shoes and in these I wear a size 7. With that being said, how you like your shoe to fit is very personal. Going into purchasing these shoes understand that they are patent, and so they will squeeze and hurt the first few days! But they will then stretch and be true to size. Double a sock over JUST your toes and wear them like this while your at home watching netflix to speed up the process. Also cutting your toenails before breaking them in helps! Make sure you put lotion on your toes to help keep the blisters at bay as well. I go half a size up, and after wearing for a few months I do have to put a little shoe flower in the inside just to make sure my heel won't slip out. But this is how I like my heels.
Second, i love these so much. I can walk better in these than other 4 inch stilettos I own. But I am an avid heel wearer! I wear heels 5 days a week, always 3.5 to 4 inches high. If you are new to the heel game you won't be wanting to wear these very often. Very thin heel, very small toe box. If you are new to heels and wanting to indulge but not kill your feet, I'd go with the thicker heeled round toe pump CL makes.
Third, these will wear like any leather soled shoe; pretty easily. Again, it isn't a rubber sole so it's not as hardy. I get mine resoled after I've had them for 6 months. This doesnt mean the quality is poor, that's just how it is. If you are wearing these on slippery surfaces I would invest in the thin grippy stick ons that you can cut to size. Life savers for sure!
Hope this helps your purchase!

Don't Drink The Kool-Aid, Ladies!
I'm a woman in my 40's and far beyond wearing shoes that hurt just because they're Designer. I am a true US 11 in affordable shoe brands (Nine West, Jessica Simpson, Steve Madden). I have a pair of Pigalle and Pigalle Follies, both in a size 43 and THEY ARE TOO SMALL. I contacted CL directly and was advised to "break them in". How about for $700 you just make shoes with proper sizing? How 'bout that!?
If you are a standard US size 10 or over, reconsider this purchase. Again, I am a US size 11 and own 2 pairs of CLs in a size 43 and they are still too tight! I am not thirsty for designer shoes, nor do I feel validated by having them in my closet.

Beautiful shoe
I’m not really a Louboutin gal but no other nude pump looks as good, as far as the color and silhouette goes. I tried the So Kate but it was so restrictive and narrow, and made the top of my foot look wrinkly because it was pitched so high. This one looks more classy, dainty, and feminine, and while I wouldn’t say it’s comfortable it is bearable. I prefer the shorter toe box too since my feet are kind of big for my size.. This one is narrow too but not as bad as the So Kate, and my slightly wide at the front feet can handle it. Regarding sizing: I’m an 8 to 8.5 and went with a 39. I might have been able to do a 38.5 but it wasn’t available, and adding an insole to the front makes up for the slight gap I have in the back. I don’t have any slipping at the heel though, and I figure since my feet swell after a few drinks ( which is when I will be wearing these) this size should work, even after they stretch a little. They are slightly higher heeled than my other 100mm pumps, like Jimmy Choo Romy. With my extensive research on these shoes, it appears smaller sizes run TTS, mid-range like me should go 1/2 size up, and larger sizes should go a full size up from American sizing. I hope that helps.

Love these!
This was my first fancy purchase in a year and I’m so glad I did it. These shoes are much more comfortable than they look and definitely a head turner. I usually wear a 9.5 but I grabbed a 10 in these. They were the perfect snug fit. I have a narrow foot, so I didn’t want to risk having too much room going up a full size. My style is laid back & chic. These shoes went perfect. Definitely a good intro to the red bottom life!

Pigalle Follies 100
Shoes were extremely small and had to return
I am a 7 1/2 and recommend jumping a size up
Your toes will be crushed
A little hard to walk on and painful at ball of foot after 1hr of use.
They are very gorgeous shoes just not comfortable at all. Prettier for the closet display
