My first pair
I've wanted a pair all my life, but by the time I could save as an empty nester, my feet couldn't wear heels. If you're 5’3” after raising children with foot pain, I simply can not wear high heels. We are the generation that wore pumps with jeans daily, which means foot damage. With that bucket list item happily crossed off, the only downside is my wallet! I'll order the other colors just because they are that great. Congratulations, Christian Louboutin!

My first pair of $1000 shoes. Big deal. They have clearly been worn. The leather looks terrible. Soles are scratched. Nordstrom should be ashamed for sending these out full price.

My first pair
I've wanted a pair all my life, but by the time I could save as an empty nester, my feet couldn't wear heels. If you're 5’3” after raising children with foot pain, I simply can not wear high heels. I had high hopes for this sandal. To me, this was the perfect shoes for all my upcoming weddings and family events. The perfect heel height, soft leather, something that would stand the test of time defeating any trend it came up against. I read the reviews and sized up. When they were delivered I was in love. Fast forward to last night when I attempt to put them on, the entire buckle strap broke…the entire piece came off!! What a waste of $900! Good thing I always have an extra pair of flats with me or I would have been at the wedding with no shoes! Extremely disappointed is an understatement. I expected the highest of quality for this price and all I had was a broken shoe. Brand-new out of the box, and never worn. Returned today and will never buy louboutins again. And the search for the perfect shoe begins again. Gave two stars for style but deserves zero
