MOST COMFORTABLE CHRISTIAN LOUBUTIN SHOES EVER!!!!
I am incredibly pleased with this pump! I am a size 11-12 (42-43) and spent over $15,000 purchasing several different styles of Christian Louboutin pumps, including anjalina, apostrophe, apostrophy, decollete, iriza, pigalle, and pigalle follies. THEY ARE ALL OUTSIDE OF THE APOSTROPHE, APOSTROPHY, AND IRIZA HURT AND CAUSE EXCRUCIATING PAIN!! I took a gamble and purchased the KATE POINTED TOE PUMP size 43, and IT IS BY FAR THE MOST COMFORTABLE!!!! I am INCREDIBLY HAPPY!!!! Size 43 is tough to find!!! I hope they offer the KATE POINTED TOE PUMP size 43 in various colors because I am purchasing them ALL!!!!!!!

size runs bigger than other Loubs
If you’re buying Louboutins, you know what to expect. You’re not buying them for comfort!
My only issue with these is that they run bigger than my other Loubs, most of which are patent leather. I’ve had to return twice to try to get the right size.

Slightly larger sizing than other Louboutins
As others have said, these run a little bigger than other Louboutins. I am a 9.5 US, and wear a 40 in most designer shoes. I am usually a 40.5 in Louboutin but in these, I wear a 40.
Of course they aren't comfortable. But they're beautiful, and serve the purpose for which I buy and wear them. I have them in both black and nude and wear both equally. If the heel was just a tad thicker at the base it would make a big difference but we all know that's not going to happen.
