Coolcard Leather Wallet

I was extremely disappointed with the $500 Christian Louboutin wallet I purchased from Nordstrom. It was clearly a returned item — it had visible scuff marks, came without the original box, and was stuffed into an oversized dust bag that didn’t even match the product. For such a premium purchase, this kind of condition and presentation is unacceptable. I regret not ordering directly from Christian Louboutin, where I’m sure the quality control and packaging would have reflected the price point. It's frustrating to see the standard of service and attention to detail at Nordstrom — once one of my favorite stores — decline so noticeably. Unfortunately, I was short on time and needed to give the wallet as a gift, so I had to find a way to repackage it myself just to make it look presentable. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
