impossible to return
Nordstrom has been steadily making it more difficult to return items — this being one of them. I was told it’s a ‘marketplace’ item and cannot be returned to a Rack. It being ‘marketplace’ and having a return policy that’s different from every other item on bottom was not mentioned in the description.
It’s extremely frustrating to buy an item from a retailer and that item having a surprise-variant return policy from every other item in your order.
