Medium Marcie Leather Crossbody Bag

Bought this in August of 23. Used sparingly until February and as a primary purse until now (November). Initially thrilled good size, quiet luxury but not having an ability to fully close it aside from just the overflap, have lost a few things on planes or in the car if the purse is jostled. The real reason for the low review is that after about 9 months of consistent use the quality has deteriorated. The seams have come apart, tears in leather etc. I’ve been careful to take care of this given the investment so am EXTREMELY disappointed to not have purchased a different bag that might have lasted longer.

I can’t believe that Nordstrom sent me an item in this condition. The price is no joke so I expect a pristinely new purse. I could tell right away by the condition of the duster bag that this wasn’t new and then when I looked at the back of the bag I saw that the leather wearing off. So disappointed! I will think twice before making a designer purchase from Nordstrom again.
