Nama Platform Sneaker (Women)

Well, I ordered these Chloe sneaks as a treat and when the box finally arrived, two weeks later, it wasn’t the Chloes at all, but rather, somebody’s used and scuffed sneaks (pictured) in a different size. No cancellation email or anything, just someone else’s shoes. When I called, I was told by CS that the Chloes were now entirely sold out, but they could give me a return label, which I already (obviously) have. Good customer service would be making this even - pay for the difference between the shoes I ordered and you failed to send and what I now would have to spend to buy them elsewhere (Saks). The opportunity to return someone else’s dirty shoes doesn’t really seem like enough, does it?
