Expensive, but cheap materials
I had reservations about buying this bag, but the need for something and my husbands approval led me to purchasing. I'm not a fan of gold hardware, and this has a lot of it (but sort of more brass colored than gold). The shoulder carry strap is around 18" long at the smallest adjustment, and since I'm not naturally a cross body girl it seemed awkward to me. But a cute enough, individualistic design with the camera bag influence. The detached hand strap is also awkward, not very pliable, but stiff- seems like it would hurt to carry on your forearm when you don't want your hand occupied. All in all, it just wasn't what I was looking for. I think all oa part of it is that I am not a "designer" bag person because I don't attach myself to "stuff". Plus, I'm not sure how authentically "made in Italy" it is. I just wonder about who is making the bags.

Arrived Damaged and Incomplete
I have purchased designer products from Nordstrom before, and this is the first time I’ve been truly dissatisfied with the experience. The item has several scratches on the bottom, and it did not come with any tags or a dust bag. It was simply wrapped in plastic.

Nordstrom quality service is getting worse
Just received this Chloe bag in a plastic bag with no tag, card, dust bag or filling. This beautiful bag was just thrown in a plastic bag and shipped out. Unfortunately, I’ve been seeing a lot of these bad service even in the store.
