A bit frumpy

Wanted to really like this dress as I'm on a "ruffle" kick lately, but unfortunately this one didn't work out. The bottom half of this dress is gorgeous but the top is super loose and throws off the entire look.

Something is not right

Should have paid attention to the other review. The top part of the dress doesn’t fit right. Wouldn’t stay on the shoulders. Bottom half was ok. Poor design.
